    Géant Grocery: Géant Grocery delivery works on a system of pre-defined time slots. When you place your order at the Géant Online checkout, you will be able to select a time slot for delivery in Dubai from the four available. Before your order is delivered during the selected time slot, We will send you a message by SMS & E-mail 60 minutes prior to your delivery.     Géant Electronics: Goods that you order through Géant Electronics will be delivered either by Geant/ Logistic partner or the supplier at the selected time and date mentioned on your invoice. Géant Customer Service will confirm your order before shipping to your address, and the delivery team will also contact you before delivering your order to your door. Géant Electronics delivers throughout the United Arab Emirates, including in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Al Ain.

  • How do I cancel an order I’ve placed by mistake?

    You can cancel your order at any time during the process before the status changes from “Placed” to “Processing”. This stops you from accidentally cancelling or changing your order once it has been submitted.   • How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?

    If you added a product to the cart and decided not buy that item or want to increase or decrease the quantity, you can make changes at the time of checkout by:

    • Use the delete button seen at the right-hand side of each product.
    • Using the quantity box to enter the quantity of product you wish to buy(in numbers).
  • Does Géant deliver groceries to my area?

    To find out if we are able to deliver groceries and fresh foods to your location in Dubai, please check the list  of delivery areas. If your area is not on this list and you think we should deliver there, please let us know by completing the request form , including your name, address and phone number.

  • Which payment types do you accept?

  • How much will I be charged for each delivery to my home?

  • Why is a time slot unavailable in Géant Groceries?

    Each time slot closes three hours before it starts. This means that if you are ordering at 1:00 pm the earliest time slot that you can select is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. This is to allow our staff the time to fulfil your orders.

  • Why are there no details of available time slots in the Géant Electronics Section?

    All Géant Electronics products are delivered by Geant, Logistic partners and/or the supplier. The delivery time for each item is mentioned on the product page. Logistic partners will deliver the product on the next day, and supplier-provided items will be delivered in the time frame mentioned (that is, in 48 hours, 72 hours, etc.).

  • What if the items I received was damaged?

    All our products are handpicked and go through a quality checkpoint before packing and shipping. Read our refund and return policies to know more.

  • How do I redeem my coupon voucher?

    When you place an order, please input the unique coupon code to the Discount code/voucher box to claim the coupon. We will automatically discount the coupon price from the original order value.

  • How do I check my order history and re-order?

    Once logged in, click on your name/username on the drop-down bar at the top of the website. That will take you to your account information page. You can view your current orders, previous orders and your favorites under the ‘My Shopping’ section on your account information page. Clicking on your previous orders takes you to a new page, where you can view your order history and re-order any previous orders.
